d\u2019optimiser les r\u00e9sultats et de r\u00e9duire les risques d\u2019irritation, veuillez suivre les recommandations suivantes avant votre s\u00e9ance de microneedling.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h3>5 \u00e0 7 jours avant<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>\u00c9vitez le r\u00e9tinol, la tr\u00e9tino\u00efne, le Retin-A, les produits contenant de la vitamine A et les exfoliants puissants.<\/li>\n      <li>\u00c9vitez les AHA, BHA, gommages, peelings chimiques et tout produit irritant.<\/li>\n      <li>\u00c9vitez l\u2019\u00e9pilation \u00e0 la cire, au fil ou \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me d\u00e9pilatoire sur la zone trait\u00e9e.<\/li>\n      <li>\u00c9vitez l\u2019exposition excessive au soleil et le bronzage.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h3>2 semaines avant<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>\u00c9vitez les traitements laser, IPL, peelings profonds ou autres traitements agressifs sur la zone trait\u00e9e.<\/li>\n      <li>Informez votre praticienne si vous avez re\u00e7u des injections r\u00e9centes, comme Botox ou agents de comblement.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h3>Le jour du traitement<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Pr\u00e9sentez-vous avec une peau propre, sans maquillage, sans cr\u00e8me solaire et sans cr\u00e8me active.<\/li>\n      <li>\u00c9vitez l\u2019alcool et les anti-inflammatoires si possible, sauf avis m\u00e9dical contraire.<\/li>\n      <li>Informez-nous de tout changement r\u00e9cent de votre \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <div class=\"highlight-box\">\n      Veuillez nous informer avant votre rendez-vous si vous \u00eates enceinte, allaitez, avez un <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"care-section\">\n    <h2>Apr\u00e8s votre traitement<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      Apr\u00e8s le microneedling, il est normal d\u2019avoir une rougeur, une sensation de chaleur, une l\u00e9g\u00e8re sensibilit\u00e9, une s\u00e9cheresse ou une peau plus rugueuse pendant quelques jours.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h3>Les premi\u00e8res 24 heures<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Ne touchez pas votre visage avec des mains non lav\u00e9es.<\/li>\n      <li>\u00c9vitez le maquillage.<\/li>\n      <li>\u00c9vitez le sport intense, le sauna, le bain chaud, la piscine et toute chaleur excessive.<\/li>\n      <li>\u00c9vitez l\u2019exposition au soleil.<\/li>\n      <li>N\u2019utilisez pas de r\u00e9tinol, acides, exfoliants, vitamine C forte ou produits parfum\u00e9s.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h3>Pendant 3 \u00e0 5 jours<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Utilisez seulement des produits doux, hydratants et r\u00e9parateurs.<\/li>\n      <li>Ne grattez pas et ne frottez pas la peau.<\/li>\n      <li>\u00c9vitez les gommages, brosses nettoyantes et serviettes abrasives.<\/li>\n      <li>Appliquez une protection solaire SPF 30 ou plus chaque matin.<\/li>\n      <li>\u00c9vitez les traitements esth\u00e9tiques agressifs jusqu\u2019\u00e0 gu\u00e9rison compl\u00e8te.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h3>Produits recommand\u00e9s<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Nettoyant doux.<\/li>\n      <li>S\u00e9rum hydratant simple, comme acide hyaluronique adapt\u00e9.<\/li>\n      <li>Cr\u00e8me r\u00e9paratrice pour soutenir la barri\u00e8re cutan\u00e9e.<\/li>\n      <li>\u00c9cran solaire min\u00e9ral ou doux SPF 30+.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <div class=\"highlight-box\">\n      La peau peut para\u00eetre plus s\u00e8che ou l\u00e9g\u00e8rement peler apr\u00e8s quelques jours. Chaque peau r\u00e9agit diff\u00e9remment.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  \n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<div id=\"care-en\" class=\"care-lang\">\n\n<div class=\"lothera-care-page\">\n\n  <h1>Microneedling<\/h1>\n  <div class=\"subtitle\">Pre-care and after-care instructions<\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"care-section\">\n    <h2>Before your treatment<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      To help optimize your results and reduce the risk of irritation, please follow these recommendations before your microneedling appointment.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h3>5 to 7 days before<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Avoid retinol, tretinoin, Retin-A, vitamin A products, and strong exfoliating products.<\/li>\n      <li>Avoid AHA, BHA, scrubs, chemical peels, and any irritating skincare products.<\/li>\n      <li>Avoid waxing, threading, or depilatory creams on the treatment area.<\/li>\n      <li>Avoid excessive sun exposure and tanning.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h3>2 weeks before<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Avoid laser, IPL, deep peels, or other aggressive treatments on the treatment area.<\/li>\n      <li>Please inform your practitioner if you have recently received injections such as Botox or dermal fillers.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h3>On the day of your treatment<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Arrive with clean skin, without makeup, sunscreen, or active skincare products.<\/li>\n      <li>Avoid alcohol and anti-inflammatory medication if possible, unless otherwise advised by your doctor.<\/li>\n      <li>Please inform us of any recent changes in your health.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <div class=\"highlight-box\">\n      Please inform us before your appointment if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have an active cold sore, skin infection, open wound, active eczema, active psoriasis, or any specific medical condition.\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"care-section\">\n    <h2>After your treatment<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n      After microneedling, redness, warmth, mild sensitivity, dryness, or a rough skin texture can be normal for a few days.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h3>First 24 hours<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Do not touch your face with unwashed hands.<\/li>\n      <li>Avoid makeup.<\/li>\n      <li>Avoid intense exercise, sauna, hot baths, swimming pools, and excessive heat.<\/li>\n      <li>Avoid sun exposure.<\/li>\n      <li>Do not use retinol, acids, exfoliants, strong vitamin C, or fragranced products.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h3>For 3 to 5 days<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Use only gentle, hydrating, and barrier-repair products.<\/li>\n      <li>Do not scratch, rub, or pick at the skin.<\/li>\n      <li>Avoid scrubs, cleansing brushes, and abrasive towels.<\/li>\n      <li>Apply SPF 30 or higher every morning.<\/li>\n      <li>Avoid aggressive aesthetic treatments until the skin has fully recovered.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h3>Recommended products<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Gentle cleanser.<\/li>\n      <li>Simple hydrating serum, such as a suitable hyaluronic acid serum.<\/li>\n      <li>Barrier-repair moisturizer.<\/li>\n      <li>Gentle or mineral sunscreen SPF 30+.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <div class=\"highlight-box\">\n      Your skin may feel drier or lightly peel after a few days. This is a normal reaction. Continue moisturizing and avoid exfoliation until your skin feels fully comfortable again.\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"care-section\">\n    <h2>When to contact us<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Intense redness that worsens after 48 hours.<\/li>\n      <li>Significant pain, abnormal swelling, or severe burning sensation.<\/li>\n      <li>Discharge, unusual crusting, or possible signs of infection.<\/li>\n      <li>Allergic reaction or significant irritation.<\/li>\n      <li>Cold sore or herpes outbreak after treatment.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p class=\"note\">\n      These recommendations are general and do not replace medical advice.
